8. Indemnification

We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and only initiate calls with your prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of using our services. You may revoke consent by replying “STOP” to any SMS, requesting opt-out during a call, or emailing support@mightymm.org.

14. Arbitration Agreement

1. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Site use will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for small claims court-eligible claims.
2. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, available at www.adr.org or 1-800-778-7879.
3. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise to avoid undue burden.
4. Disputes will be resolved individually, not as class actions.
5. Arbitration will occur in St. Petersburg, Florida, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

15. Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against OfferAxis, LLC related to the Site.

19. General Compliance
